WARNELL “NELL” S. PULLIAM
GRAHAM - Warnell “Nell” Strickland Pulliam, 80, of Graham, died Monday, June 4, 2007, at Pitt Memorial Hospital. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Nell dedicated her life to loving and cherishing both family and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Charles Denton; sister, Betsy Strickland Sauls; and a brother, Elvis Strickland.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. from Maple Springs Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: husband, James Pulliam Sr.; daughter, Pamela Denton; stepchildren, Joan Perdue, James Pulliam, Jr. and Tanya Coble; brother, Bobby Strickland; granddaughters, Debra DuBois and husband, Michael, and Megan Lewis; great-granddaughters, Michelle DuBois, Kimberly Thompson, Ashley Thompson, Laura Thompson and Sarah Thompson.

The family will receive friends Thursday one hour prior to the service.

Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Maple Springs Baptist Church, 1938 NC Hwy. 56 E., Louisburg, NC 27549.

Arrangements are being handled by Lancaster Funerals and Cremations, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg.
