ZEBULON - Buddy McLeod Jr., 64, died Saturday, July 7, 2007 at Wilson Medical Center. A funeral service was held Tuesday, July 10, at Mitchell Funeral Home, Raleigh, with the Rev. Jim Bankston officiating.
A native of Cumberland County, he was born to Martha Smith McLeod, who survives him, and the late Melvin Daniel McLeod Sr. He was a long-time employee of Capital Ford in Raleigh.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Sandra E. McLeod of Zebulon; son, Donald Melvin McLeod, also of Zebulon; stepdaughter, Deborah G. Altice of Knightdale; two brothers; four sisters; and two grandchildren.
