RALEIGH - Robert Clay Pergerson, 54, a native of Louisburg, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2007. A memorial service will be conducted Sunday, Aug. 5, at 3 p.m. at River Bend Park on the Tar River in Louisburg.

He was the son of the late Russell “Boo Boo” Pergerson of Louisburg.

Surviving: his mother, Edna Woodlief Pergerson of Raleigh; brother, Russell Edward of Warrenton; sister, Lydia and brother Walt of Raleigh; three nieces; and a special friend, Patricia Strickland of Louisburg.
