HAL P. FERGUSON
ZEBULON - Hal Pearce Ferguson, 79, died Wednesday, June 18, 2008. Funeral services were conducted Friday, June 20, at Strick;land Funeral Home in Wendell. Burial followed in the Ferguson family cemetery.

A native of Franklin County, he was the son of the late Johnnie Millard and Burma Pearce Ferguson. He worked for Westinghouse more than 31 years but was a farmer all his life.

Surviving: his wife, Marie Bullock Ferguson; son, Timothy Wayne Ferguson (Mae) of Zebulon; daughters, Bonnie Bryant (Larry) of Samaria, Anita Privette (Jay) of Zebulon, Wanda Blackwell (Donald) of Zebulon; two grandsons; one step-grandson; and one great-grandson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the American Diabetes Association, or to the American Heart Association.
