BEATRICE M. WATTS
FRANKLINTON - Beatrice “Bea” Mitchell Watts, 71, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008 at home. Funeral services were conducted Friday, Aug. 8, at Franklinton United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Luis Reinoso, the Rev. David Averette and the Rev. Daniel Jenks presiding. Entombment followed in Fairview Cemetery.

She was born in Franklin County to the late James Edgar and Marjorie Moore Mitchell. She was employed with Westinghouse Corp. before her retirement in 1995.

Surviving: husband, David E. Watts of Franklinton; daughter, Cindy Mobley (Don) of Franklinton; brother, Douglas Mitchell (Janet) of White Level; one granddaughter; and one niece.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Edna Woodlief.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice House, c/o Hospice of Wake County, 1300 St. Mary’s St., Fourth Floor, Raleigh, NC 27605.
