WAKE FOREST - Benjamin L. Massenburg, 52, died Monday, Nov. 17, at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. today (Saturday, Nov. 22) at Friendship Chapel Baptist Church in Wake Forest.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Surviving: wife, Lucy Massenburg of the home; daughters, Shontoinette Williams (George) of Franklinton, and Antoinette Alston of Wake Forest; son, Antonio Mitchell of Scotland Neck; mother, Mary Massenburg of Wake Forest; sisters, Mary Simon and Ella Hartsfield (Bobby), all of Wake Forest, and Barbra Harris (Thomas) of Maple Heights, Ohio; brother, Ivan Massenburg (Janie) of Wake Forest; and 10 grandchildren.
