ANNIE “SIS” ALSTON
LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Annie “Sis” Alston, 68, who died Thursday, Dec. 25, 2008, will be conducted at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday, Dec. 31) at Ambassadors for Christ Ministries, with the Rev. Barbara McKnight officiating. Burial will follow in the Mary Helen Jones cemetery.

Surviving: husband, Lucious Alston Jr. of the home; daughters, Lela Mae Bowden and Cara Ann Bowden, both of Louisburg; sons, Bobby Louis Bowden of Louisburg and Ronald Lee Bowden of Raleigh; sisters, Viola Trader, Mary Perry and Lucille Horton, all of Louisburg; brothers, James Trader, Charlie Trader and David Trader, all of Louisburg; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
