EDNA P. AYSCUE
CLAYTON - Edna Piper Ayscue, 93, died Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009 at the Brian Center of Clayton. Funeral services were Tuesday, Jan. 20, at Way of Life Baptist Church, Clayton. Burial followed in Bethany Baptist Church cemetery in Wendell.

She was born in Franklin County to the late Joseph Gordon Piper and Dora Dent Piper Moore. She was a baker with Baxley’s for 30 years.

Surviving: son, Ray Ayscue (Helen) of Clayton; sister, Rayonell Conyers of Clayton; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Arrangements by L. Harold Poole Funeral Service and Crematory, Knightdale.
