WILLIAM D. WATSON
RALEIGH - William Dalton Watson, 58, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2009. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. today (Saturday, Feb. 7) at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial with military honors will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park.

A native of Raleigh, he was a mail carrier with the U. S. Post Office. He served in the U. S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Purple Heart for wounds received in combat.

Surviving: daughters, Jennifer McDonald of Colorado, Lori Marshall of Wake Forest, Heather Watson of the home, Robyn Privette of Franklinton; brothers, Jeff, Joel and Rick Watson; sister, Jean Brazall; and seven grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the trust fund for Brandon M. Watson, c/o Ms. Heather Watson, 2600 Garden Hill Dr., #102, Raleigh, NC 27614.
