EDWIN R. GAME, JR.
BUNN – Edwin Roger Game, Jr., 78, of Bunn, passed away Wednesday afternoon at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Edwin was a son of the late Edwin Roger and Lona Howell Game. He was an Army Veteran and retired from Carolina Freight.

Funeral service was at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home, with Dr. Steven Wade officiating. Burial followed in Bunn Memorial Gardens.

Edwin is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Carolyn Jones Game; son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Gayla Game of Columbia, S. C.; daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Ray Leggett of New Bern, Mary Ellen and Isaac Harrold of Mebane; grandchildren, Ashley Jones and husband, Patrick, Mark Boswell, Lauren Leggett, Jennifer Boswell, Sarah Harrold, Ross Leggett and Macie Harrold; great-grandson, Aiden Veintimilla.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Poplar Spring Baptist Church, 89 Brantleytown Rd., Zebulon, NC 27597.

The family received friends 7 – 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Strickland Funeral Home, Louisburg.
