FRANKLINTON - Carl Richard “Bo” Watson, 79, died Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Kerr Lake Nursing and Rehab Center in Henderson. Memorial services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, at Hall-Wynne Funeral Chapel in Franklinton, by the Rev. Spencer Strickland and Robert Dale Pendleton.
