Delmar Ray Howell, age 58, died Saturday at Hospice of Wake County. He was born in Newport News, VA to the late Ralph and Rannette Warrick Howell and worked as a hairdresser.
HENDERSON —Funeral services for Julia “T-Ninety” Carter, 67, who died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg, with the Rev. Joseph Carter officiating. Burial will follow in the Blacknall family cemetery.
