LAKE ROYALE--Howard Alan Tubman, 78, died Friday, Nov. 13, 2015. A memorial service honoring Mr. Tubman's life will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, at Louisburg United Methodist Church. Friends may visit with the family following the service.

FRANKLINTON - Jimmie Bryant Young, Sr., 75, of Franklinton, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Duke Raleigh Hospital. He was born in Franklin County, the son of the late Nora and Jim Tom Young and was retired from Burlington Industries as a supervisor after 28 years of service. Jimmie was a man of strong faith and was a member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. He was a dedicated member and former chief of Northern Wake EMS and was a former security guard at Southeastern Seminary. He attended Campbell University.

YOUNGSVILLE - Funeral services for Sclestia Floyd Lucas, 77, who died Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015, will be held Saturday, Nov. 21, at 1 p.m. at Little Zion Baptist Church in Youngsville. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
