LOUISBURG - James Mills Wiggins, 79, died Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017, at Wake Med. Funeral service was held Saturday, Sept. 23, in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. Burial followed at Flat Rock Baptist Church cemetery.
