LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Arthur "Butch" Allen Bobbitt, 64, who died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017 were held Monday, Dec. 4, at Perry's Missionary Baptist Church in Louisburg, with the Rev. Randolph Alston officiating. Burial followed in the Perry's Missionary Church cemetery.
LOUISBURG -- Funeral services for Helen Hill, 75, who died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017, will be held Thursday, Dec. 7, at 1 p.m. at Haywood Baptist Church, Louisburg, with the Rev. Douglas Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Haywood Church cemetery.
FRANKLINTON--S.L. "Pete" Colbert died Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017. A memorial service was held at Franklinton Baptist Church on Sunday, Nov. 19. A reception followed in the church fellowship hall.
