David Earl Frazier Sr., 61, of Franklinton passed away peacefully July 4, 2018, surrounded by his wife and children. David was a loving husband, a proud father, a doting grandfather and a loyal friend. He was a hardworking man who had a talent for building anything from the ground up. David could do just about anything that he put his mind to.
HOLLISTER--Funeral services for Robert Astor "Bird" Carter, 57, who died Thursday, July 12, 2018, will be held Wednesday, July 18, at 2 p.m. at White Rock Baptist Church in Hollister, with the Rev. Melvin Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Carter family cemetery.
