LOUISBURG - Robert Vernon Keith, 77, died Thursday, December 17, 2020 at his home. He was born in Franklin County, a son of the late Bruce and Ruby Harper Keith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Perry Keith, and a sister, Pam O'Neal. Vernon was a retired farmer.
