LOUISBURG - Helda Ray Perdue, 85, died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2012, at Louisburg Nursing Center. Graveside services will be held Saturday, Jan. 14, at 2 p.m. at Bunn Cemetery, with the Rev. Mark Cottrell officiating.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Howard Perdue; her sister, Rosaline Smith; and her brothers, Thurman, Thurston, Joseph and Delano Ray.
Surviving: sister-in-law, Maxine Ray of Zebulon; numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Boulevard, Louisburg. Online condolences may be made to www.lancasterfcs.com.
