BUNN – Freddy Lenuel Alford, 77, of Bunn, died Saturday evening at Rex Healthcare.
He was the son of the late Benjamin Smith and Lula Ford Stallings Alford and was a W.W. II Army Veteran.
Funeral service were 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bunn Methodist Church. Burial followed in Bunn Memorial Gardens.
Freddy is survived by his daughter, Janis E. Alford of Bunn; stepdaughter, Pat A. Eder of Satellite Beach, FL.; stepson, Fred Sealing of Melbourne, FL.; sisters, LaRue King of Bunn, Sal Pappas of Norfolk, VA, Pat Mathias of Bunn; grandchildren, Tyler N. Anderson and Melissa E. Kanuck; former wife, Mary M. Miller of Laurel, MD; several nieces and nephews.
The family received friends 7 – 8:30 p.m. Monday at Strickland Funeral Home, 103 W. Franklin St., Louisburg.
