LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Earlean McKnight Bumpers, 90, who died Friday, Oct. 11, 2019, will be held Thursday, Oct. 17, at 2 p.m. at Old Liberty Missionary Baptist Church in Youngsville, with the Rev. Bryant Bumpers officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Liberty Church cemetery.
Surviving: daughters, Malissia Dickerson (Tart) of North Beach, MD, Lorine Harris of Wake Forest, Geraldine Bumpers of Louisburg, Patricia Perry (Sanford) of Red Oak, TX, Dorothy Bumpers of Youngsville, sons, Clyde Bumpers, James "Peter" Bumpers and Connie Bumpers (Sandra) all of Franklinton, Rev. Bryant Bumpers of Rock Hill, SC; sister, Lucy Eaton of Raleigh; 26 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
