LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Todd “Ghost” Ragland, 20, who died Saturday, July 28, 2007, will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Aug. 1) at Jones Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. James Walter Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Surviving: maternal grandmother, Janice Perry of Brooklyn, N. Y.; paternal grandparents, Frank and Georgianna Ragland of Louisburg; son, Todd Elliott Ragland Jr. of the home; mother, Gail Ragland of Louisburg; father, Bobby Ragland of Louisburg; sister, Tara Ragland of Winston-Salem; brother, Calvin Bumpers of Louisburg.
