LOUISBURG - Weldon "Mike" Michael Wood went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 27, 2021. He was born February 14,1950 in Oxford, to the late Weldon S. Wood and Ida V. Wood. He was preceded in death by wife, Marguerite Johnson Wood and sister, Joy Wood Walton. Louisburg.
He was a dedicated loving husband. He brilliantly worked as an Electronic Engineer. The family would like to thank those that helped him in his final years.
He is survived by brothers, Phil Wood (Deborah) and Scott Wood (Pam) and many aunts, uncles, step children, step grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at a later time. Donations in his name may be made to your favorite charity.
