RALEIGH -- William "Bo" Henry Allen, III, 74, died Sunday, June 13, 2021 at his home in Raleigh.
Bo, a Louisburg native, was born on August 16, 1946 to the late William Henry Allen Jr and Anne (Liverman) Allen.
Bo is preceded in death by his father, mother and brother-in-law James Umberger.
Bo is survived by his wife Cathy (Walton) Allen; sons William Henry Allen IV (Stuart), William Kevin Allen (Shannon); daughter Anne Catherine Allen; four grandchildren; sister Page Strickland.
A celebration of Bo's life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Bo to the V Foundation or the American Heart Association.
