HENDERSON -- David Anthony Evans, 58, of Henderson, passed away at his home on Friday, August 20, 2021. He was born in Vance County, a son of the late, Lucas Evans and Elsie Evans Smith. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his step-father, William Smith, his siblings: Sidney and Shirley Evans.

David is survived by his siblings: William Evans, Sheila Mosley, Linda Fuller, Gene Faulkner, Ann Faulkner, and numerous, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Alert Pentecostal Holiness Church, 719 Alert Road, Louisburg, NC.
