LOUISBURG, NC -- Lisa Diane Jarrett Tincher passed away on September 24, 2021. She was born on February 1, 1965 to Charles Franklin and Phyllis Browning Jarrett.

Lisa is survived by her partner of five years, Todd Hope; her children Jacob Tincher and Ceaira Tincher; her grandchildren, Aedan, Braedyn, Maverick, Jaxson, and Xander; as well as sisters, Vickie Browning, Theresa Hileman, and Kimberly Justice; and brothers, Rodney Jarrett, Michael Jarrett, and Clifton Jarrett.
