KATHY ELIZABETH GUPTON GRIFFIN

LEXINGTON, NC--Kathy Elizabeth Gupton Griffin, died October 30, 2021.

Kathy was born in Rocky Mount, NC on December 7, 1950 to Virginia Elizabeth Baker Gupton and Linwood Harris Gupton. She grew up in the Wood community in Franklin County, NC.

She is survived by her husband Scott Griffin of the home; one son, Jason Griffin of Lexington; one daughter, Amber Daniels of Charlotte; one brother, Harris Gupton (Samie) of Tobaccoville; and four grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 3, at Pinedale Christian Church in Winston Salem. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service.

Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions can be sent to the American Cancer Society or Mountain Valley Hospice.
