Louisburg, NC--Funeral services for Lawrence R. "Uncle Lawrence" Alston, age 95, who died on Saturday, July 30, 2022, will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, August 7, 2022 from the First Baptist Church in Louisburg with Rev. Kenneth Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Street Cemetery.
Born May 19, 1927, he is survived by two sons, Lawrence R. Alston III of Hyattsville, MD and Andre Alston (Valaria) of Bowie, MD.
Viewing will be Sunday from 1 - 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Louisburg.
