HENDERSON, NC--Danny "Woodpecker" Finch, 67 of Henderson, died Friday, September 23, 2022. He was born to Malcolm Bunnie Finch and Adal Evans Finch on September 7, 1955, in Franklin County, NC.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents.
Danny is survived by his children, Danny Finch Jr., Wendy Kinsey and husband Robert, Cindy Ayscue and husband Rip, Ernest Baggett and Michael Baggett; one sister, Janie Merritt and husband Wayne; eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; significant other Carol Mangum; and many friends.
A memorial service officiated by Pastor Dale Eatmon will be held 3 p.m., Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services.
