Franklinton, NC--Funeral services for Roger Smith, age 68, who died on Thursday, January 12, 2023, will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Rev. Shirley Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Mary Helen Jones Cemetery.
Born January 9, 1955, he is survived by his fiancé, Teliaa Irons of the home; two daughters, Keira Mitchell of Raleigh, NC, Shenikqua Bowden of Louisburg, NC; one son, Randy Mitchell of Raleigh, NC; six sisters, Lucy Webb of Franklinton, NC, Dorothy Webb of Bunn, NC, Annie Perry of Franklinton, NC, Gertrude Evans of Zebulon, NC, Elaine Williams of Louisburg, NC, Mozelle Burnette of Raleigh, NC; three brothers, John Smith of Franklinton, NC, Charlie Smith (Diane) of Henderson, NC, Donald Ray Smith of Louisburg, NC; and five grandchildren.
Viewing will be Saturday from 1-2 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
