Henderson, NC--Funeral services for Macklin Junior Carter, age 53, who died on Sunday, January 22, 2023, will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, January 28, 2023 from the Zion Hill Baptist Church in Littleton, NC with Rev. Joseph Carter officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion Hill Church Cemetery.

Born January 7, 1970, he is survived by one daughter, Lodis Carter of Oxford, NC; two sons, Quinton Carter (Alexis) of Kittrell, NC, Marques Carter of Henderson, NC; his father and step-mother, William and Queen Carter of Franklinton, NC; one sister, Lisa Ricks (Preston) of Henderson, NC; one brother, James William Carter (Shai) of Elizabeth City, NC; and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday evening from 5 - 6 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
