Myrna Neal
September 3, 1931 - February 7, 2023

LOUISBURG, NC--Myrna Ayscue Fuller Neal, 91, of Louisburg, NC passed away on Tuesday February 7, 2023. She was born on September 3, 1931 in Franklin County, NC to the late James C. Ayscue and Bessie Wrenn Ayscue.

Myrna, lovingly called "Monk" by her siblings, adored her family. She loved her children and her grandchildren. She enjoyed doing puzzles, and to window shop. She enjoyed being on the go and traveling. Over the years she would reside all over the United States due to her late husband, SSG Robert G. Fuller being in the Army. She was a member of Centerville Baptist Church. Myrna loved her job where she was a hostess and waitress at Murphy's House. She will be missed tremendously by her friends and family.

She is survived by her children, Susan Hale(Bert) of Alert, James "Jimmy" Fuller(Connie) of Knightdale, Martin Fuller(Susan) of Wake Forest, Robin Pridgen of Nashville, Sean Fuller of Carrboro, Bobby Neal(Elizabeth) of Raleigh, Lori Murphy of Red Bud, Andy Neal(Lisa) of Centerville; Daughter-in-law Tamara Fuller; nineteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two faithful nieces, Nancy Bowers and Janet Curlee, and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

Myrna is preceded in death by her husband of twenty-four years, SSG Robert G. Fuller; second husband of twenty-three years, Robert L. Neal; her son LCDR O. Keith Fuller; six brothers, Hurley Ayscue, Percy Ayscue, Jack Ayscue, John Ayscue, Billy Ayscue and Perry Ayscue; five sisters, Louise Goepel, Ora Lee Williams, Teeny Manning, Edna Baker, and Judy Hicks.

The family will receive visitors on Sunday, February 12, 2023 from 2:00pm - 3:00pm at Trinity United Methodist Church, 4272 US-401, Louisburg, NC 27549. Funeral service will be held immediately following visitation at 3:00pm at Trinity United Methodist Church, with interment to follow at Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl 17, Chicago, IL 60601 in Myrna's honor.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services in Louisburg.
