Franklinton, NC-- Funeral services for Willie Thomas Perry, age 96, who died on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, will be held 1 p.m., Friday, March 3, 2023 from The Greater Ransom Way of the Cross Temple in Kittrell with Bishop Craig Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Manasseh Chapel Church Cemetery.

Born April 14, 1926, he is survived by five daughters, Yvonne Jones (James) of Atlanta, GA, Sandra Johnson (James) of Franklinton, NC, Sheila Burrell of Youngsville, NC, Debbie Brown (Craig) of Los Angeles, CA, Patricia Brown of Raleigh, NC; five sons, Willie Carnell Perry, and Apostle Cornelius Perry (Tina), both of Franklinton, NC, Pastor Jerry Lee Perry of Henderson, NC Pastor Dexter Perry (Tammie) of Wake Forest, NC, Arnold Perry (Nicole) of Franklinton, NC; eight sisters, Pattie Crudup of Vance County, NC, Rosie Lee Spencer of Henderson, NC, Vergie Lee Dunston of New York, Margaret Rogers of Sanford, NC, Jessie Mae Glasco of Henderson, NC, Louise Gill of Maryland, Alice Hayes of Raleigh, NC, Dollie Green of New York; two brothers, Nathaniel Perry of Henderson, NC, Leroy Perry of New York; 32 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m., Thursday at Richardson Funeral Home.
