Morehead City, NC -- We are sad to announce that our mother, Anne Isley, passed away peacefully the morning of August 2, 2023 at 94 years of age. She was born June 29, 1929 in Norfolk Virginia, growing up in Kelford, NC and attending Woman's College in Greensboro, NC.
Moving to Henderson NC, she met and married then made her home in Louisburg NC for over 40 years with her husband and three children.
She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Kenneth S Isley Jr and son Kenneth S Isley, III.
She is survived by her children Karen Isley (Jeff Baughman) of Illinois and Chris Isley (Kim) of Cape Carteret, NC and daughter-in-law Susan Isley of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Lauren Jenkins (Evan), Meredith Isley, Ali Fry (Brian), Josh Isley(Julia); and three great-grandchildren.
Her wish was to join her parents and brothers, who are at rest in Kelford NC , where a private family service was held.
