Sharpsburg, NC -- Funeral services for Clifton Woodard, age 69, who died on Thursday, February 22, 2024, were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from the Perry's Missionary Baptist Church in Louisburg with Pastor Randolph Alston officiating. Burial will follow in the Perry's Missionary Church Cemetery.
Born January 19, 1955, he is survived by his wife, Loretta Woodard of the home; three daughters, Treana Richardson of Charlotte, NC, Melanie Woodard-Smith (Greg) of Clayton, NC, Kimberly McCord (James) of Garner, NC; four sisters, Mamie Simmons (Ricky) and Geneva Alston, both of Louisburg, NC, Bernice Foster of Henderson, NC, Ruth Elaine Downey (James) of Oxford, NC; one brother, Donsil Woodard (Fannie) of Franklinton, NC; ten grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
The family received friends Tuesday evening from 6 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
