Franklinton, NC--Thomas Winston Dickerson, Sr., 85, of Franklinton died May 19, 2024.

Thomas was born on June 18, 1938 to the late George W. and Irma Perry Dickerson. In addition to his parents, Thomas was predeceased by his wife, Becky Dickerson, brothers William Dickerson and George B. Dickerson; and his sister, Eula Mae Davis

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m on Thursday, May 23, at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 1245 Mt. Olivet Church Rd., Franklinton, with Reverend Carl Hunter officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends after concluding the burial.

Thomas is survived by sons and daughter-in-law, John and Theresa Dickerson and Tommy Dickerson; three grandchildren; and his brother, Albert Dickerson.
