August 4, 1957 - May 31, 2024

ST. PETERSBURG, FLA., -- Milton Gray Smith "Smitty," 66, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away Friday, May 31, 2024. He was born on August 4, 1957, in Franklin County, North Carolina, the youngest son of the late James and Pattie Williams Smith.

In addition to his parents, Milton was predeceased by brothers, James Leonard Smith and Donnie Smith and sisters, Onella Dunston, JoyceAnn Hill, and Lorraine Smith.

Milton is survived by his life partner, Karen Paschall of St. Petersburg; son, Brandon Smith of Norcross, Georgia; grandson, Mason Smith of the home; granddaughter, Izzy Smith of Norcross, Georgia; brothers, Billy Smith of Bunn, North Carolina, Louis Smith (Rhonda) of Brooklyn, New York, Thomas Earl Smith (Joyce) of Raleigh, North Carolina, William McCoy Smith (Sherry) of Hinesville, Georgia, Ronnie Smith (Lisa) of Anchorage, Alaska; sister, Ethel Lee Smith of Bunn, North Carolina, and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2024, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5750 49th Street, North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33709.
