Michael John Fallon
August 19, 1959 - October 16, 2024

YOUNGSVILLE, NC--Michael John Fallon, 65, of Youngsville, passed away on October 16, 2024, in his home.

Mike was born on August 19, 1959, in Waterville, Maine to Lorraine Joan Sabine. He went to Jesse O. Sanderson High School. He served in the Army, 1st Calvary Division and the NC National Guard.

Mike was a lifelong gifted mechanic. He also enjoyed music, wheeling, junk yards, flea markets, but mostly spending time with family, Luna, his loyal side kick, and the friends that he considered family. Mike never met a stranger, an adventure he wouldn't try, a friend he wasn't happy to see or help, any problem he wouldn't try to solve, and he did it all with a smile and infectious energy that made everything better.

Mike is survived by his wife, Amy Fallon of Youngsville; stepdaughter, Mary C. Bridges; stepson, Andrew Jacob Ontko (Jess), Durham; sister, Mary Corbett, Tarboro; first cousin, Dawn Buzzell, (husband Brian, daughter, Hope) of Fairfield, Maine.

A memorial visitation will be held on October 27th from 3-5 p.m. at Youngsville Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 315 E. Main Street, Youngsville, NC 27596. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the homeless or to a charity of your choice.

Special thanks to Amedisys, who provided home hospice care and to the VA Medical Center for going above and beyond in providing health care and support through this journey. And to all the family and friends who supported us in so many ways during this time.
