THOMASVILLE -- Michael Robert Lightell, 48, of Thomasville, formerly of Louisburg, passed away Thursday morning, Nov. 28.
Michael was the son of the late Clarence R. "Buck" and Sue T. Lightell.
A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 5, in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home, Louisburg. The family received friends immediately following the service.
Michael is survived by his wife of 28 years, Tonya W. Lightell; daughter, Samantha Lightell; sons, Zachary Lightell, Christopher Lightell, and Caleb Lightell; brother-in-law, Gary Davis and three grandchildren.
