Hollister, NC -- Funeral services for Retha Mae Silver, age 85, who died on Saturday, February 1, 2025, will be held on Friday, February 7, at 2 p.m. from the Faith Baptist Church in Enfield with Rev. Bernard Silver officiating. Burial will follow in the Silver Hill Family Cemetery.
Born January 8, 1940, she is survived by her husband, Mitchell Silver of the home; one son, Troy Silver (Amy) of Enfield, NC; two sisters, Emma Silver (Ronald Brake) and Geneva Thomas (William), both of Hollister, NC; one brother, William Lee Silver (Letisa) of Baltimore, MD; fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 - 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
