Deputies investigate van fire at Commissioner Dunston’s church
Louisburg police arrested two teenagers on breaking and entering charges.
Officers allege that Devin T. Smith, 19, and Damon L. Evans, 19, were both responsible for break-ins at Print Products.
According to Det. G.C. Stephens, officers stepped up patrols following a break-in at the Louisburg store on Nov. 8.

How wonderful it is to relive the past and see loved ones once again, even after 50 years. That was my experience as I met 22 of my 33 classmates in Curacautin, in the region of La Araucania, Chile. There were about 150 retired teachers at the reunion, and  my class of 1961 celebrated 50 years since graduation.

Driving into work last Saturday morning, I was able to catch an interview with Grant Teaff on the radio.
For readers who aren’t as old-school (or just plain old) as me, Teaff is the former coach at Baylor University, and is considered one of the most respected individuals in his profession.
The interviewer asked  Teaff on going for two points in overtime, as opposed to kicking a PAT to force another extra session.
